Paid $14 for "Ultimate Wash" but when I got home i noticed large areas on my Kia Forte that were not even touched. Did not look like it even got wet. Very disappointed.

I highly recommend this place! I usually do not come here for my cars. This place was close to my work. Friendly and very professional. Max did exactly what I asked for. Max kept me in loop from start to finish. Even washed my car. I know my car needs other work and they did not go looking for it or try to over charge me. Outstanding place and will be back for sure.

Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. They did that but told me my license plate light was out and wanted to charge me about 22$ to change the bulb and I said I’ll do it myself.

Went in and picked my car up. Nothing was said about the light. Bought a cheap bulb for it. Went to the back; look and behold. The light works. Call them up and told them. (This is a few days later) Person on the phone said they were expecting my call and said they change the light for 95 cents….

22 dollars to 95 cents.

Just picked up my car, and it looks beyond amazing! I wasn't able to get my car in last year, so I know it was pretty dirty on the inside. But they cleaned every inch, and now it looks like a brand new car!! Thanks so much for your hard work, and making my car beautiful again!!

My car broke down over the weekend. I had it towed to Hartland Services and dropped off without an appointment. Not only did they have my car repaired by the end of the business day Monday evening everyone i came in contact with was extremely pleasant and professional.
