OUR PEOPLE

We hire and train top notch people. All of our technicians are ASE certified and have many years of experience. We have several master technicians employed at the shop. Unlike other service facilities, we encourage you to talk to the person servicing your car. If you have a favorite technician feel free to request that he work on your car. You are welcome in our service bays. Your car does not disappear behind some concrete wall to be worked on by some unknown person. Our service managers are technicians too, so they know what to recommend when it comes time to service your car. Repair service is explained in a professional and easy to understand manner.

SERVICE RECORDS

All of your service records are computerized. Services performed are readily available for our service mangers or you to review. Should you have any questions about your car's service history for warranty or any other reason, the records are immediately available.

SERVICES AVAILABLE

We provide a wide variety of services on Domestic, Asian and European cars and trucks. We want our customer to think of us for all their automotive needs. Whether it's keeping your family car reliable or owning a company with several fleet vehicles, our shop is equipped to handle it.

SCHEDULING AND APPOINTMENTS

We know that having a car out of service for repair and arranging transportation during that time is very inconvenient. Our goal is to keep your car for a minimal amount of time. We are able to complete most services the same day, and many times our customers wait for minor repairs in our waiting room. We handle most work on an appointment basis, but welcome walk-ins for that unplanned emergency. When scheduling an appointment make sure you tell us when you want your vehicle back. We usually have no problems meeting your deadline. Should you need a nearby ride, please let us know when you schedule your appointment.

DROP OFF AND PICK- UP

You may drop off your car at any time. Use the key drop forms located on the South side of the building for after hours drop off. We recommend that you prepare a list of items to be completed and make sure we have a phone number or email to reach you. Should there be any questions during the repair process, we will call you. We lock all cars as we complete them. If you want to pick-up your car after hours, just let us know so proper arrangements can be made.

COURTESY CARS

We have courtesy cars that may be used for your use while your car is in for service. There is no cost to you except for the fuel you use. We usually reserve these cars for larger jobs, where your car needs to stay overnight. They are almost always being used and sometimes are not available. Call the service desk for details. A courtesy shuttle is always available should you need one.

WE PICK-UP AND DELIVER!

How would you like to be in 2 places at one time? If you live or work nearby, we will come and pick-up your vehicle from work or home, perform the approved repairs, wash and vacuum the car, even top off the fuel tank, if you wish, and return it back to you in time for your next appointment or ride home. Call the service desk for additional details.

TOWING AND SERVICE CALLS

Today's cars are extremely reliable. Occasionally a need arises for road service or a tow. We rely on J&J TOWING SERVICE. They are prompt, reliable and most importantly careful with your car. They are available 24 hours and can be reached at 1-262-966-9936.

TOOLS, EQUIPMENT & REFERENCE INFO

We keep and maintain top notch equipment. Our test procedures and diagnostic abilities are constantly being updated to stay current with technology. We have "dealership level" test equipment for Ford, Mercury, Lincoln, All GM products, Chrysler, Honda, Acura, VW, Audi, and Saturn. Laptop based scan tools and our ability to reference manufacture based web sites allow us to have the latest diagnostic repair information, recalls and technical service bulletins, to fix your car right!

PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY

We sell only quality parts. Generally warranties are 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Some items carry a longer warranty, this will be listed on your bill. When available we will install rebuilt parts to save you money. The decision to install rebuilt parts is based on our experience. There are times when installing new parts is a better choice. We have a good relationship with our suppliers, and together we will do anything within reason to handle a warranty problem.

VECTOR TOUCHFREE CAR WASH

Our car wash is one of the most popular in the area. Hot soap is applied at 120 degrees! The underbody system not only gets the bottom but also the sides of the car as you enter the bay! The wash is always open, day or night for your convenience. Purchase your wash using Cash, Master Card or Visa. Or stop in at the service desk and ask about our VIP wash pass. This card saves you money on each wash. Call for details.

PAYMENT

We will happily accept your personal check. Also acceptable for payment are the following credit cards: MASTER CARD, VISA, & DISCOVER and, of course, cash. We are unable to extend personal charges.

SERVICE PROBLEMS

Occasionally things don't go the way we intended. If you have a problem we encourage you to stop in or call so we have a chance to make it right We are a small business and a phone call away. We will work to resolve any problem.
